Once a personalized reading has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not offered merely because the interpretation, content, or outcome differs from your expectations. This does not remove any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you need to discuss a cancellation or refund, contact contact@facingthedark.com and include relevant order details. Please do not send full payment-card details by email.
8. Customer Information and Submitted Materials

You confirm that you have the right to submit any materials you provide and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Please submit only information reasonably necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card security codes, unnecessary sensitive information, or confidential documents unrelated to the service.
For energy readings, photographs supplied for that purpose are deleted from copies under Facing The Dark's control after the reading is completed. This does not necessarily remove copies held in email accounts, third-party platforms, backups, or other systems outside Facing The Dark's control.
Other order correspondence and records may be retained for future reference, administration, dispute resolution, or legal and accounting purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
9. Comments, Messages, and Prayer Requests
You may be able to submit comments, messages, or prayer requests publicly or privately, depending on the channel you use.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deliberately misleading, invasive of privacy, or intended to expose another person to harm.
